Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders may take up 10 business days in some cases, but this is not typical.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping and free collections within the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, postal delays, etc.). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and relevant details. We’ll work with An Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Collections

Collections are available on certain days and at certain times subject to our team's availability. We do everything that we can to work with the customer but in some instances, collection at your desired time may not be available, if so, we will get in touch as soon as possible and ensure to offer another form of assistance. 

If you choose to collect your products but fail to show up without any message, you may not be entitled to a refund nor exchange, please make every effort to reschedule if this is the case.
